We can provide turnkey services from investigation and concept development through to supply and commissioning of required equipment. On this page you'll find examples of some of our work. To aid in communicating and proving concepts, scale and full size prototype models can be manufactured in house.

Equipment shown throughout this website has been designed and manufactured by Gene. Designs are continually evolved and refined to produce a high quality product that Gene is proud to represent.

Pontoon for wastewater treatment plant

Steelwork designed and fabricated by Gene. The polyethylene moulding was produced externally from a rotor mould built in-house.

Forklift Attachment - Cable Drum Lifter, adjustable via bolting holes to accommodate multiple drum diameters. Note the chain anchor to prevent the attachment from slipping off the tynes.

Jointing Stands - used for training the next generation of cable jointers - concept designed and built in-house.

Engineering away Risk - we came up with a concept design for a portable clamping system to hold a perspex roof above workers to prevent electrocution from overhead DC wires.
